Solo picnics are only $185 for 1 person. This is ideal for anyone looking to create a intimate experience. You can add on items to make the experience more personalized. Sitting with yourself is one of the most therapeutic things you can do.
Intimate picnics are $265 for 2 people. This is ideal for anyone looking to create a romantic experience. You can add on items to make the experience more personalized for your date night, anniversary, and marriage proposal.
My Tribe picnics are $375 for a group of 8. My Tribe is ideal for anyone looking to gather with their friends to celebrate life and simply Just Be. This is ideal for birthdays, Bridal parties, baby showers, gatherings, and so much more.

Picnic Locations
Enjoy Blenheim Vineyard views while enjoying their wine. Blenheim’s indoor tasting room is open for seated wine tastings by reservation Thursday – Sunday from 11 am 4-:30 pm. Each tasting includes five wines guided by our staff and lasts 1 hour. The cost for this experience is $25 per person. Tastings are complimentary for Wine Club and Oenoverse members.
Do you have a location in mind? We offer picnics indoor and outdoor. We will travel to your home, local park, Airbnb, and other requested locations within 2 hours of Charlottesville, VA.
Tot's Pic & Play
Tot’s Picnic and Play is a safe space for children to Just Be as they develop. We combine luxury picnic decor and a safe space to have fun with their friends. Do you have a birthday party coming up? You cannot go wrong with Barbie, Safari, Tea Party, and so much more. Creating memories for your little one is what makes the Just Be Picnic experience magical.

FAQ
How can I book the Just Be Picnic Experience
You can contact Shaniece via email, phone, social media or complete the Contact details on our website. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions.
We will obtain the full payment to block the time slot. Any additional add on services should be communicated prior to 72 hours of your scheduled picnic.
Our team will work with you to book your picnic theme. The day of the event, we will have your luxury picnic experience ready at the agreed time. Once the setup is complete, we leave you to enjoy your picnic. Please note, you are responsible for the picnic items until we return for pack up.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS OR SNOW?
Cancellation Policy: Our bookings are non-refundable once paid. The same applies to our 50% retainer if paid via invoice; however, we understand that emergencies happen. Please speak to our team and we will attempt to reschedule your picnic experience for another date & time if applicable.
What are the available locations?
We will travel within a 60-mile radius. At this time, we are partnering with IX Art Park in Charlottesville and Blenheim Vineyard, and the Indigo House to provide luxury picnic service. We can also set up at a local park or your home.
We will set up at your secured location. Please note we will not be able to hold a luxury picnic in homes where cat’s reside due to allergies.
We ask that you make sure all pets are secured while we are setting up and ask that pets are kept off the picnic decor.
How many people can you accomadate?
I can accommodate 6 guests but can customize to meet the need of your group.
Solo Picnic 1 Person = $185.00
Intimate Picnic 2 Participants= $245.00
My Tribe 6-8 Participants = $375.00
Tots Pic & Play 6 Participants (Must Include 1 Adult) =$375.00
Intimate Gatherings ranging between 15-30 guest will require a minimum $2,000 budget.
What are add Ons ?
Add On are items we use to personalize your luxury picnic experience.
Add ons range from personalized notes, food, camera, bubble tent, teepee, balloons, additional flowers, custom location, and any special request. Simply make note of this when coordinating with Shaniece.
What Covid-19 Precautioins/ Policies Exist ?
To ensure the safety of our clients and staff during COVID-19, our policy is as follows:
We are providing a contact-free service to minimize contact with our clients. We ask that you do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your scheduled picnic time.
Our picnic staff will wear face masks and gloves when setting up, delivering picnics and during pack down at the end of the event. All picnic equipment/items will be disinfected before and after each picnic.
