Space: This is not a dance studio, and we will not have mirrors. Please not this is a creative space and the goal is for you to feel inspired from the space aesthetic.

This class will get you ready for your next family cookout. We will be dancing to various songs you would typically hear at a cookout or wedding reception. Most of the songs align with the black experience although all are welcome to dance. The genre of music is typically R&B, Soul, Hip-Hop. The class will begin with a warm-up to a couple of hip hop and R & B songs and a 2-minute stretch. Class includes low-level intensity cardio dance moves focused on the total body. You’ll focus on repetitive choreography to several songs, which you will hit all four corners throughout the class.
